This is an amazing company! I'm a self professed estate-shopaholic. The quality of merchandise at PES sales is stellar and the prices are comparably reasonable and fair. You can tell that they love what they do put in the time and work to price items considering value, condition, uniqueness, demand and resale. And the customer service is excellent. They obviously care about the buyer and the seller and it shows! I've frequented their sales for some time and I'm not one to write reviews but sometimes exceptional service warrants appreciation and letting fellow consumers know. I recently visited a one of their sales and purchased a couple of larger furniture items. Unfortunately a perfect storm of events resulted in my not being able to take delivery of one of the pieces. Mr. Savoy showed a level of patience, consideration and compassion rarely seen these days. He worked with me extending his time and expertise when he didn't have to and resold the piece just to support me as a customer. He didn't have to do that and I for one am eternally grateful and a customer for life!!
This “Estate Sale dream team” was incredible. From the 2 ladies that did the staging (creative-organized), pricing team to Eric and Rodger who ran my estate Sale. Rodger is a superstar (patient yet tough) and Eric is a Memorabilia savant. Even the young man who manages traffic was a joy to be around. 1. Much easier process than I expected 2. Ability to draw a very specific buyer 3. Clearly understood my priorities and drove movement in those items. 4. Made more $ than I expected. I would never use anyone else for a estate sale. Finally Jonathan is a great Sale guy, good business man and excellent communication daily, Professional Estate Sale is Professional and over-achieved my expectations.
The professional estate sale crew was exactly just that professional in every way. Jonathan assured me that he would handle my father's estate with respect. He was able to get us a huge return on items we did not know were valuable. Jonathan and his team do their homework they know what is valuable and they know how to sell it. I would highly suggest them for your estate sale.

It was so easy! They really took care of everything and I got rid of all my stuff without having to really do much of anything. Very professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Highly recommend!
Jonathon and his team were great to work with and far exceeded our expectations for our sale. Our large entertainment center didn't sell during our sale dates but Jonathon continued to advertise and got it sold quickly.
I interviewed many companies (including some of the big names that we all know) before deciding to go with Professional Estate Sales. I did not for one minute regret my choice. Jonathan Savoy and his crew are absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional and efficient they are all a pleasure to work with. My sale netted twice what I had expected and the experience was actually fun!

Very professional, friendly and hard-working. Amazing to watch them take literal piles of clothes, furniture and household goods and quickly organize & price them. Best of all, the communication was excellent. Whereas it takes most people hours or days to return a text or call, all my texts and calls were returned within a matter of minutes! They made the entire process so easy. We are very pleased!
A very professional company. A friendly staff to work with. Have a nice exit plan after the sale is over. Would highly recommend. A lot going before the sale and during. Keep a clear mind and know your reserves. They can help you many ways, but keep your on records.
I have very high standards for everyone I hire and I rarely write reviews but in this case I felt differently. Jonathan, Heather, Heidi, and the whole team did an amazing job. After selling my large home and deciding to downsize, I interviewed many groups to help me sell off 20 plus years of collections. The team came in researched and priced 3 floors of items from high value fine art to run of the mill everyday stuff. Every item was priced and an agreement on the price was made between the seller and the company so there were no questions. The sale went off flawlessly, even with lines out the door waiting to get in all three days of the sale due to incredible advertising of the sale. By time it was over my goal was reached, the house was cleaned up and each day I got a running total and update of how things were going. To say the team went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. I can not recommend them more highly for a first class, well run estate sale.
